Payment Options: Cash, Personal Checks and Traveler's Checks

Check-In/Check Out: Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m.

Minimum Stay: 1 Night (except weekends)

Cancellation Policy: Monies received will not be refunded unless the premises is subsequently rented for the same period, except for damage deposits received prior to cancellation.

Deposits: 50% of base rental rate due to confirm reservation.

Other Fees: Balance of total rental amount to be received 30 days prior to start of rental. All rates are subject to change. Well behaved pets permitted: $75.00 per stay pet fee. Applicable damage deposits required: Two to Four Nights: $200.00; 5 Nights or Over: $300.00
